This red wine has been made with the varieties Baboso Negro and Syrah by hand-picked harvested grapes at their optimal ripeness moment. After a long cold soaking of the grapes with their own skins, the fermentation takes place with the submerged cap of skins, in order to encourage a better extraction of their colour and flavour components. It completes its malolactic fermentation and storage in French oak barrels and later refined in the bottle.
