The Tajinaste tinto tradicional pays homage to the traditional cultivation and production that have made the wines of this region in the north of Tenerife so famous.
40% of the grapes come from the most characteristic vine training system in this area: the multiple braided cord. 60% trellis training system with cordon. 30% of the wine is aged in American oak barrels for two months in order to achieve a longer storability.
