1. General information
In 5515genussraum.de you can shop as a guest or as a registered customer. You can find out the advantages of registering in our online shop here. For more details on creating an account, see FAQs – Frequently Asked Questions
If you are already registered, you can log in with your email address and your password. Your registration data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations.
Youth Protection Act
Please be aware that according to the Youth Protection Act, we are only allowed to sell and deliver to customers who are 18 years or older. By placing an order, the customer assures to be at least 18 years old.
Your data is transmitted via a secure SSL connection (Secure Sockets Layer), which means that it is encrypted and securely transmitted by the web server and browser. The padlock symbol next to the URL of the site verifies this.
2. Product selection
Select the products you want to order by clicking the →”Add to cart” button either on the Startsite or on the product page. This will place your products in the virtual shopping cart.
3. Shopping cart: Order changes
You can view your shopping cart at any time by either clicking on →”View cart” or through the shopping cart symbol in the top right corner of your screen. There you can see a summary of your order and continue to adjust it.
You can change your wine selection and the quantity at any time before you send your order. You can delete each product individually by clicking the cross to the left of the product image in the shopping cart.
Very important: Please always confirm your changes by clicking the →”Update shopping cart” button. Finally, the changes are confirmed by the message with the green background “Shopping cart updated”.
Please note that the definitive shipping costs are will not be shown until you have entered the correct and detailed delivery address.
4. Shopping cart: Add gift wrap
We only use recyclable products for your gift packaging. Please note that the gift wrapping option always applies to the entire shipment. Individual bottles must be ordered separately. If you want, we can also add your personal message. Please enter this in the “Add gift packaging message” field.
We will decide the best gift option for your present and wrap the products as a gift for you. We charge € 6 including VAT for gift wrapping per gift unit.
Please note that, for security reasons, also gift-packed bottles can only be sent in approved wine logistics boxes.
5. Shopping cart: Redeem vouchers and GenussKarte
If you have a voucher or GenussKarte number, you can redeem it by entering the code in the corresponding fields and then clicking on →”Apply coupon” or →”Apply gift card” both on the shopping cart site. The message “Voucher code / gift card number successfully used” confirms the transfer of the voucher or gift card in the cash register.
6. Shopping cart: Shipping costs calculation
Please understand that the shipping costs will calculate on the basis of your shipping address. You can calculate the shipping costs in the shopping cart by clicking on →”Change address” and entering the information of the country, city and postcode. Confirm this information by clicking the →”Update” button

After checking your shopping cart, please click on →”Proceed to checkout” to be forwarded to the order form.
7. Checkout: Billing and delivery information
Your invoice and delivery details will appear on this page if you are a customer. Otherwise these must be filled out.
If your billing address does not match your delivery address, please click in the corresponding checkbox under the invoice details to fill out a new form with your delivery address.
You can add comments to your order at the end of this column in the corresponding text field “order notes”.
8. Checkout: Payment method
In addition to billing and delivery information, all available payment methods are offered. With the exception of “bank transfer / advance payment”, all payment methods are processed directly by PayPal. You need a PayPal account just for the payment method “Paypal”. For all other methods it´s a Paypal account NOT necesary.
A PayPal account is required. Payment is made by logging in to PayPal and confirming the payment. Since your bank details or credit card number are stored in your PayPal account as a PayPal user, these will not be transferred during the payment.
Payment by credit card is offered through PayPal. No PayPal account required. The usual data for credit card payments are requested and processed by PayPal in encrypted form. 5515 GenussRaum do NOT process card data.
Direct debit (SEPA compliant)
Payment by direct debit is offered by PayPal. No PayPal account required. The usual data for payment by direct debit are requested and processed by PayPal in encrypted form. 5515 GenussRaum do NOT process bank details.
Purchase on invoice
Payment on account is offered through PayPal. No PayPal account required. The usual data for purchase on account are requested and processed by PayPal in encrypted form. 5515 GenussRaum do NOT process bank details. The payments on account are usually ask between 14 and 30 days depending on the results of a credit check made through Paypal.
Bank transfer (prepayment)
Your order will be confirmed and our bank details will be given for payment. We expect your payment within 5 working days, and so long remains your order reserved for you. The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment (up to the 6th day after ordering)
9. Check out: Approval of conditions
Your consent will be asked …
- to confirm that you have read and accepted our general terms and conditions, withdrawal policy and our data protection policy
- to confirm that you are at least 18 years old
- for data transfer to our parcel service provider for the purpose of notification
- as a reminder to submit a review of your order. This consent is of course optional, but it helps us to improve our processes. We thank you in advance for your help!
You can cancel the order process at any time by closing the browser window. Or you can proceed with the order process by clicking the →“Buy now” button.
10. Order confirmation
After the order has been sent, 5515 GenussRaum sends the customer an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail in which the customer’s order is listed again and which the customer can print out. The automatic confirmation of receipt only documents that the customer’s order has been received by 5515 GenussRaum and does not constitute acceptance of the application. The contract is only concluded when 5515 GenussRaum submits a declaration of acceptance, which is sent in a separate email.
The customer must ensure that the e-mail address given to process the order is correct, so that the e-mails sent by 5515 GenussRaum can be received at this address. It is recommended to check the spam folder.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment. You can find more information about the delivery conditions of your order here
12. Right of cancellation
The following right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and it is based on german laws.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to contact us under

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form attached here, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the inexpensive standard delivery we offer have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to your handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods. However, this does not apply if the goods were damaged in transit, because we as an online retailer bear this risk alone.
