The Tajinaste Vendimia Seleccionada -selected harvest in english- is a varietal wine, 100% Listan negro from old vines, conceived only during the best vintage, hence its name. Aged in French oak barrels for about eight months. The result is a wine with exceptionally aromatic complexity, deep, round, with great structure and balance, which enhances the best qualities of the traditional grape par excellence of the Canary Islands.
