Fruity white wine from Malvasia, a grape with distinguished character

Out of stock

This white grape variety, the Malvasia, was used to make one of the most famous wines in the world, known as “Canary Sack.” There are currently two Malvasia varieties in the Canary Islands: “aromatic” which you can find in La Palma or Tenerife and “volcanic” in Lanzarote.

The aromatic Malvasia results in a fully fruity, fresh wine. The Vinatigo Malvasia afrutado is fermented in steel tanks at 16 °C. This fermentation will be cold stopped as soon as the value of 24gr/l residual sugar is reached. The perfect balance between the remaining sugar and the wine acidity speaks its best of quality.

It is a limited production. Therefore, each bottle of the Vinatigo Malvasia afrutado is numbered.
