The Gual is an early maturing white grape variety from the Canary Islands, which results in unique wines. The fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in egg-shaped concrete deposits at a controlled temperature. Both vinifications age on their fine lees and will be later on assembled, this intensifies the aromas of the Vinatigo Gual even more. Very limited edition.

Medium intensity, aromas of white flowers like jasmine, fresh almonds and tropical fruits like pineapple, mango or banana. Light smoky notes and hints of citrus fruits
A wine with charm and character, very tasty and pleasant. Very persistent
