Blend of four indigenous Canarian varieties: “Gual” (GU), “Marmajuelo” (MAR), “Vijariego Blanco” (VB) und “Malvasía” (MAL), fermented independently from each other in stainless steel tanks, with the exception of “Vijariego blanco”, which is fermented in french oak barrels with batonage. The proportions of grape varieties are know only to the winery. Limitee numbered edition of 1.985 bottles.
