The canary wine (Tenerife) Monje Listan negro is fermented in oak barrels and also aged during six months in barrels of French and American oak. Big storage potential that offers an extraordinary evolution in the bottle, keeping the great personality and aromatic richness of Listan negro, reinforcing its own spicy tones with the ones from barrel aging.
