The Tintilla is a revitalized almost extinct black grape variety of the Canary Islands, that is mostly in Tenerife.
Prefermentative maceration at 0º C and fermentation at 25º C, then aged 18 months in french oak Allier barrels. Very small production of only 10.385 bottles of wine.
