The Tajinaste blanco seco wine is made out 100% Listán blanco, the most common variety in the Canary Islands. 20% of the Tajinaste blanco seco wine was aged in french and american oak barrels during two months, to enrich it with the toasted aromas of wood, that integrates seamlessly with the expressiveness and freshness from the variety of this blanco seco, an indispensable wine from Tajinaste. 

Due to the transport restrictions in consequence of COVID 19, the new vintage will be available from june 2020 approximately.
