This wine is made exclusively from the “bleeding” of red grapes, without addition of white grapes. It is also subjected to a “physical settling” of its impurities and it’s fermented at a low temperature in order to preserve the essence of its aromas.

Due to the transport restrictions in consequence of COVID 19, the new vintage will be available from june 2020 approximately.
