“Paisaje de las Islas”- Landscape of the Islands in english- is the name of the latest and perhaps most ambitious project from Bodegas Tajinaste. Willing to highlight the richness of the terroir and the grapes of the Canary Islands, by proposing a wine that reflects the uniqueness of each island. This white Blend of Marmajuelo and Malvasia in equal amounts, vinified in small stainless steel tanks and aged to 50% for 5 months in new french oak barrels, pretends to be the project flagship wine for Tenerife. Complex, structured and with great aging potential.
