Vinatigo blanco seco

The Listan Blanco variety is the most widespread native variety in the Canary Islands. Viñátigo achieved a great varietal expression in this dry white wine, made from 100% Listan Blanco, cultivated at 1000m above sea level and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16° C. Excellent to be consumed throughout the year, but just ideal during the spring-summer season.
