Prefermentative maceration at 0º C and fermentation at 25º C, aged for 6 months in french Allier oak barrels. Production of 10.000 bottles, under the recently created “D.O.P. Canary Islands”, with harvest of the same grape variety cultivated in both El Hierro and Tenerife.
