Prefermentative maceration at 0º C and fermentation at 25º C with an average breeding of each variety of 8 months in Allier french oak barrels. Blend of three native grape varieties of the Canary Islands: Baboso negro (BN), Tintilla (T) and Vijariego negro (VN), under the new “DOP Canary Islands”. With a limited edition of 3.056 bottles, its labeling speaks of its volcanic origin.
