This white wine, 100% “Forastera blanca” or “Gomera” has been made from grapes grown in the north of the island of La Gomera and is the second wine produced by Tajinaste under the “Paisaje de las Islas”- Landscape of the islands in english- project. With this project, the winery aims to express the richness of the terroir and the typical grapes of each island, through the development of a representative wine from each. Aged during four months in french oak barrels of 500 liters, it is the Forastera gomera a highly expressive and unique wine.
