• Genusskarte cards can only be redeemed online at 5515genussraum.de
• Redeem: Please enter the Genusskarte card number in the relevant field during the ordering process
• Shared use: Since the Genusskarte cards are not given a name, you can either use them yourself or, if you wish, let them be used by your loved ones
• Loss: Unfortunately, we cannot block your Genusskarte card or replace it if it is lost
• Personalization: Unfortunately, Genusskarte cards cannot be personalized at the moment. We are working to allow these possibilities in the future
• Validity: Your Genusskarte card is valid for an unlimited period!
• Activation: Your Genusskarte card can be redeemed at any time after receiving the card number by email
• Shipping: The Genusskarte card is digital – and environmentally friendly :), it will be sent by email to the address given
• Personal messages from the sender to the recipient are of course possible
• Credit check: By entering the number in the corresponding field in the shopping cart and clicking “Apply gift card”, the credit will be displayed
