Vinatigo Ensamblaje tinto 2013

Unique blend made from four special Canarian grape varieties

The Vinatigo Ensamblaje tinto is a blend of four Canarian grape varieties: Baboso negro, Vijariego negro, Tintilla and Negramoll under the protected designation of origin (“DOP” in Spanish) Canary Islands.

Each variety is individually vinified and assembled before bottling. The grapes are macerated at 0°C and then fermented for 12 days at 25°C. The wines are aged in 225 and 300 liter French oak barrels.

All this, together with the talent of Bodegas Vinatigo in the difficult task of interpreting the potential of each grape and its contribution to the whole, results in this great red wine blend in limited edition.

Pomegranate red with purple edges

Fruit aromas of strawberries and raspberries, violets, spices and dark chocolate

Structured, intense, with a hint of red fruits and a slight bitterness. Very persistent
